I am a very big fan of music with a socially conscious message, and to my good fortune I’ve discovered another great artist, this time from France. Her name is Keny Arkana.
Keny is actually of Argentine decent, and has been writing since she was twelve years old. She is highly active the music collective La Rage Du Peuple since 2004, and has released three EPs and two full length albums.
I came across this very powerful song of hers called “Victoria”, and I am absolutely loving its groove and message. Enjoy.
